Hitler's Children

Quick capsule reviews on a movie weekend that took me from Chile ("No") to Germany, Japan, and Siberia. Chanoch Zeevi's fairly artless documentary "Hitler's Children" poses the fascinating question, what is life like for the children and grandchildren of the most notorious names from the Third Reich?
In interviews with the progeny of Goering, Goeth, Himmler,Hoess, and others, the answers appear mixed: guilt and shame for all (the grandson and granddaughter of Goering both had themselves sterilized so as to cut the family line), sad denial for some, and for a lucky few the wisdom and perspective to view their ancestors with open eyes yet not become paralyzed or fall into the misguided (and itself Nazi) belief that blood dictates character.
